Do you tell people they're talking to an AI?
When asked directly, always — regardless of state law. Some states (CA, FL, others) require disclosure even unprompted in certain contexts; we follow the strictest rule applicable. The AI is trained never to lie about its nature.
What happens if a prospect gets upset?
Three escalation paths: (1) immediate de-escalation script and gentle close, (2) suppression from any further outreach for 12 months, (3) optional escalation to a live human on your team. We track sentiment in real time and tune campaigns to keep complaint rates under 0.3% — well below carrier thresholds.
How much input do I have on what the AI says?
Total. We co-author scripts with you in onboarding, you approve every conversation flow, you set pricing offers and qualification thresholds. The AI is your strategy executed at scale — never an autonomous agent making business decisions on your behalf.
What if the AI gets a question it can't answer?
Three options, configurable by you: (1) the AI says "let me get a teammate to confirm" and routes to your team via SMS within 60 seconds, (2) the AI takes a callback time and a human follows up, (3) the AI captures the question and escalates as a flagged lead. Default is option 1 for high-intent prospects.
Can the AI handle Spanish or other languages?
Yes. Spanish is included by default. We auto-detect the prospect's preferred language from response patterns. Other languages (Mandarin, Vietnamese, Portuguese) available on request — typically deployed for specific markets.
What's the minimum market size for this to work?
